Apply for education equivalency assessment

Education equivalency assessment is a process where an applicant’s prior related learning and/or real estate licencing history is assessed for a determination of what education will be required for registration as a salesperson or broker in Ontario.

Moving to Ontario?

Individuals who hold a valid real estate salesperson or broker licence in a Canadian jurisdiction have the opportunity to write the Interprovincial Challenge Examination in Ontario
