RECO Information Guide

This website is designed for real estate agents to share the RECO Information Guide and the Information and Disclosure to Self-represented Party forms with buyers and sellers in a digital format. RECO Information Guide

The RECO Information Guide must be given to a buyer or seller before services or assistance are provided. The guide contains information that prospective clients and self-represented parties should be aware of before entering an agreement with a brokerage or receiving any services or assistance from a real estate agent.

The Information and Disclosure to Self-represented Party form must be given to a self-represented party before assistance is provided. Please be sure to select the correct version: either your client is under a designated representation agreement, or your client is under a brokerage representation agreement.
